EcoVeg combines the requirements of organic food production with binding criteria for vegan products. Independent inspection focuses in particular on ingredients, processing and the avoidance of animal-derived components. Selected AOT raw materials carry the EcoVeg seal, giving manufacturers of vegan organic food additional assurance when selecting raw materials.

The IFS Food Standard defines requirements for the safe manufacture and processing of food. Its focus includes hazard analysis, hygiene management, traceability and documented quality processes. IFS Food certification within the relevant scope provides AOT customers with an important basis for quality assurance and supplier assessment.

Organic JAS certification is based on Japanese requirements for the organic production and processing of food. It includes specifications for raw materials, manufacturing processes, documentation and inspection, among other things. For correspondingly certified AOT products, the standard is an important prerequisite for marketing them as organic in Japan.

Kosher certification confirms that the products concerned are manufactured and inspected in accordance with the requirements of Jewish dietary laws. This covers ingredients, processing methods and production facilities, among other things. AOT offers correspondingly certified raw materials for food manufacturers serving specific market requirements and international sales markets.

The National Organic Program (NOP) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) sets binding requirements for the organic production, processing and labelling of food in the United States. Certification provides an important basis for the US organic market. Corresponding certificates support AOT customers in marketing their products internationally.
