For dispute resolution, there is the general consumer arbitration board (Universalschlichtungsstelle) of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein (https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de). You will find our email address in the legal notice above.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content
